Community Team

Our team of coaches and sports scientists are based in the community working 365 days with the athletes. We have also partnered with the best coaches and universities in the world, which have collectively developed 100+ Olympians and won 50+ olympic medals.

Technology

We have access to a few of the most advanced AI and equipment in the country. We actively use technology for bone age prediction, biomechanics and speed development.

Infrastructure

Our goal is to develop sports infrastructure easily accessible to the whole community. We’ve helped upgrade the local sports facilities like flood lights in the community ground and gym so that athletes don’t have to travel far to start training.

Secured Future

We ensure future careers of athletes are secured through world-class education. Athletes progress to complete their graduation in sports science or management from leading universities internationally.

Working in small farms in deep forests and previously relying on hunting - they live on meager income of USD 300-500 per annum.

Sports was a core part of their integration to broader society and they were previously part of the Government of India’s Special Area Games project in 1985.

Communities

The tribal communities here are mostly forest dwellers of northern karnataka who have lived there from a few decades to centuries in pre independent India.

Just like rockets require the right speed to reach orbit, sprinters need the right training at the right time to unlock their full potential. More than 95% of athletes fail to transition from junior success to senior levels. This is because training needs to match their physical growth.

Starting at the right age, with a focus on building a strong foundation before pushing for elite performance, is crucial. To succeed at the highest levels—like the Olympics—young sprinters need more than just talent. They need a system that supports their physical maturation and evolves with them. The BoSprint model is built on this principle: tailoring training to the athlete’s development ensures they stay on the right trajectory toward long-term success.
